Terms of Services – AI Creators

1. Service Overview

AI Creators provides:

• Scriptwriting
• AI-generated creator videos
• Product-in-hand demonstration videos
• Ad variations
• Multi-language ad creation
• Creative strategy support

These services are delivered digitally. No physical products are shipped.

2. User Responsibilities

By using AI Creators, you agree:

• To provide accurate information about your brand and product
• That all content you upload (logos, images, product shots, brand assets) is legally yours
• That you will not use our creatives to mislead, scam, or violate any platform's advertising rules
• That you are at least 18 years old or have legal permission to purchase creative services

3. Creative Delivery

Turnaround times vary based on plan:

• Standard packages: 2–5 business days
• Larger batches or custom requests: 5–10 business days

Delays caused by incomplete briefs or missing brand assets do not count as production time.

4. Revisions

Most packages include revision options. Revisions cover:

• Script adjustments
• Small changes in messaging
• Minor visual corrections

Revisions do not include:

• Full re-shoots
• Completely new scripts
• New ad angles

Those are billed separately.

5. Intellectual Property

Once we deliver your content and you have paid in full:

• You own 100% rights to use the videos for advertising across platforms
• AI Creators retains the right to display the work as portfolio material unless you request removal
• You may not resell, redistribute, or repurpose AI Creators' final content into templates or packages

6. Payments

All purchases must be paid upfront. We accept major cards, Stripe, and other online payment methods.

7. Prohibited Use

You may NOT use AI Creators content for:

• Illegal, harmful, or misleading advertising
• Deepfake misuse
• Political campaigns
• Adult content or explicit material
• Defamation of individuals or brands

Any violation will result in immediate account removal.

8. Termination of Services

AI Creators may suspend or terminate services if:

• False information is provided
• Content is used in a harmful or illegal way
• Abuse of the platform occurs
• Multiple chargebacks are initiated

9. Liability Limitation

AI Creators is not responsible for:

• Ad performance results
• Platform bans caused by improper usage
• Incorrect information provided by the client
• Revenue loss, ad account issues, or campaign inconsistencies

Our creatives are built to perform, but results vary by product, audience, and targeting.

10. Changes to These Terms

AI Creators may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
