At AI Creators, we work hard to deliver high-quality ad creatives. This policy explains when refunds may be granted.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued ONLY if:
- Production has not yet started
- No scripts, drafts, or video assets have been created
2. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued if:
- Only the script has been delivered
- Only partial videos were completed
- You decide to cancel mid-production
The refund amount depends on work completed.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are NOT provided if:
- Videos have been delivered
- Scriptwriting or editing was completed
- You change your mind after production has begun
- You provide incomplete or inaccurate information that affects the project
- Your ads perform poorly due to targeting, product quality, or external factors
We guarantee production quality, not advertising results.
4. Errors on Our Side
If AI Creators makes a mistake:
- Wrong actor
- Incorrect script
- Incorrect product visuals
- Missing deliverables
We will remake or correct the video at no cost, or issue a refund if correction isn't possible.
5. Chargebacks
Unjustified chargebacks will result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Removal of any licensing rights to delivered videos
- Legal review if necessary
