Fair Use Policy – AI Creators

1. What You Are Allowed to Do

You may use the videos we produce for:

• Advertising on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, YouTube, Snapchat, and more
• Website content
• Landing pages
• Paid ads, UGC ads, and promotional campaigns
• Organic social posts
• Email marketing

You receive a full commercial usage license for all videos you purchase.

2. What You Are NOT Allowed to Do

You may NOT:

• Resell our creative content
• Redistribute videos as "templates"
• Use our creators' likenesses in harmful or misleading campaigns
• Use videos in political, adult, or controversial content
• Misrepresent products or make false claims
• Use videos to scam or mislead consumers

Doing so violates this policy and may result in account removal.

3. Creative Ownership

Once paid in full:

• You own the right to use the final videos
• AI Creators retains rights to use project examples for portfolio unless you request removal

4. Abuse Prevention

AI Creators may refuse or cancel service if:

• Brand information is fraudulent
• Ads violate platform policies
• Content is harmful, abusive, or illegal

5. Updates

This Fair Use Policy may be updated periodically.
